Welcome to VibeVetted. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

VibeVetted provides web design and development services, specifically focusing on single-page, high-conversion landing pages for service businesses. The scope of work is defined by the package purchased (e.g., "$500 Standard Package").

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Terms: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and prior to final site launch/transfer.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital design work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel the project before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary text, images, and credentials (e.g., domain hosting access) required to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in a delay in project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, VibeVetted grants the client full ownership of the final website design and code. VibeVetted retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials as a demonstration of our work.

5. Limitation of Liability

VibeVetted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the website or services provided.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
